Site Geological Borings

Geologic materials are characterized as necessitated by project specifics for type, depth, permeability, stability, moisture content, density, and other parameters of interest.

Soils may be classified by a combination of field and laboratory methods in accordance with any of the appropriate standard as to particle size, distribution, permeability in place or recompacted, moisture density relationships, etc.

The boring rig is equipped to take shelby tube and split spoon samples, and use rotary drills for geologic investigation.
